  5. You should receive email confirmation that you appointment was schedule as well as an email with the New Patient Intake Forms. You can fill these forms out at your leisure prior to your appointment. If you need help filing out these forms Dr. Alex can help you at your first appointment. Or you can email with any questions at alex@goldenspinechiro.com.

  6. On the day of your appointment you can park anywhere in the Downtown Angier area. We are located in the newly renovated Cher Suites Building at 91 S Broad St E Angier, NC 27501 in Suite #7. There is parking across the street and around the downtown area.

  7. After parking, when you arrive to the front of the building you will see a keypad to the right of the doors. Here you can scroll the directory and find Golden Spine Chiropractic. Select the “Call” option to notify Dr. Alex Bringmann that you have arrived. He will buzz you into the building (You will see a notice on screen that he has buzzed you in and you will also hear the door lock click so you can pull open the doors)

  8. Open the doors and take a seat in the waiting room. Dr. Alex will come greet you shortly.

  9. Dr. Alex will bring you back to his office in suite #7 for your appointment. He will start by reviewing your intake paperwork with you. You will discuss any concerns you have about your pain or mobility and the goals you hope to achieve with chiropractic care.

  10. After discussion, Dr. Alex will conduct a physical examination (with your consent) checking your blood pressure, your posture, gait, range of motion and performing orthopedic tests.

  11. After the physical exam, if indicated that an adjust would be beneficial. Dr. Alex will perform a chiropractic adjustment and soft tissue therapy if needed.

  12. After the adjustment, Dr. Alex will have you move around to see how you feel, asses how the adjustment helped and discuss future treatment options.

  13. Once complete you will check out and schedule you next adjustment.
